The annual meeting of Duyen Hai Vocational College was held on April 11, 2007. In the meeting, all principles, procedures were carried out in accordance with the annual meeting regulation in the Law of Enterprises and discussion as well as relevant adoptions were made. The meeting has adopted the VND 30 billion registered capital, in which:

· VIPCO’s contribution: VND 21 billions (equal to 70% of registered capital);

· Other contribution: VND 9 billions (equal to 30% of registered capital).

By the meeting, the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the period of 2007-2012 were voted. The first meeting sessions of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board were held on April 11, 2007 in order to vote for positions of the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors and for Chief of Supervisory Board. At present, the procedure of submission to the Ministry of Labour, Disabled Soldiers and Social Affairs for the approval/recognization of “The organization and operation regulations of Duyen Hai Vocational College”, the 2007-2012 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and other positions of the college’s directors is being completed.
